My current plan the last month has been to slowly decrease my consumption of carbs and increase my intake of protein to help get myself in lean condition. My current diet is about 250g protein, 200g carbs and 50g fat. Training is 3 days per week. Monday Midback, Chest, Bicep Wednesday Legs Friday Delts, Lats, Tris Cardio is done on alternate days for 30-45 mins along with abs. I find I cant do my abs justice if I train them after the other days. So far I went from 230ish to 222 while doing this. I was actually doing cardio 40-50min 5 ties per week but found that to be overkill so I lowered it to 3 days per week.
